Sportswomen Miesha Tate

 

Miesha Theresa Tate ( born on 18 August 1986) is an American professional mixed martial artist. She is a participant in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and was an ex- UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion. Tate was previously a part of Strikeforce and was a Strikeforce Women's Bantamweight Champion. Tate was vice-president of ONE Championship. She currently ranks in the top 10 in UFC women's bantamweight ranking on October 3, 2022.



 



 Childhood and early life



 Tate was the daughter of Michelle Tate and Robert Schmidt. She was born in Tacoma, Washington. Tate was a typical tomboy during her childhood and frequently played in the playgrounds with other boys.
